Psyllium is a soluble fiber, a recommended aid to prevent colitis, hemorrhoids and constipation, and in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal diverticulosis.
Helps to promote a healthier digestive system, gives a feeling of fullness, promoting weight control.
It has emollient action, as it increases water amount in stools, contributing to form and shape stools, to facilitate their expulsion.
Due to its gentle action, it is suitable for children (from 12 years old), the elderly, and pregnant women.
It contributes also to regulating cholesterol levels and hypercholesterolemia.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Take 1 capsule per daily.
In case of higher nutritional need, take 2 capsules daily, preferably before or after meals.
ATTENTION:
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age and for those with intestinal obstruction, esophageal stenosis, and abnormal intestinal narrowing.
