Each tablet contains: Calcium (carbonate) – 500 mg (62% of Recommended Daily Dose); Magnesium (oxide) – 250 mg (66% of Recommended Daily Dose); Zinc (oxide) – 15 mg (150% of Recommended Daily Dose); Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 2,5 mcg/100UI (50% of Recommended Daily Dose). Product free from wheat and dairy derivatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Decalcifications, regulator of muscle function. Suitable for athletes, periods of growth and prevention of osteoporosis in post-menopause and in the elderly.
Contributes to bone consolidation in case of fracture.
Zinc is recommended in case of delayed growth and delayed development in general, certain psychological disorders, immune dysfunction, dermatitis, alopecia, diarrhoea (due to zinc deficiency),
deficient spermatogenesis and gonad atrophy. Helps to prevent harmful congenital formations.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Adults and children over 11 years old: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably during morning. In case of bigger nutritional need, dose can be increased by up to 2 tablets per day.
