INGREDIENTS:
Each tablet contains (daily dose): 500 mg of Glucosamine sulphate 2KCL; 133,3 mg of MSM (Methyilsulphonyl- methane); 100 mg of Chondroitin sulphate; 100 mg of Collagen; 100 mg of Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex; extract (20:1) of Ginger root (Zingiber officinale L.) equivalent to 100 mg of ginger root. Product free from wheat and dairy derivatives.

RECOMMENDED USE:
Adults and children from 12 years old: Take 1 tablet per day. In case of bigger nutritional need, dosage can be increased up to 2 to 3 tablets per dia.
